Grace Clifton is the second development of three phases. Grace is the result of an assembly and rezoning of four industrial properties located in Montreal’s eminently livable Notre-Dame-de-Grace neighborhood. In keeping with the architectural character of the area, it is a low-rise, boutique-style project consisting of less than forty residences per phase. Grace is currently in the construction phase.
