We acquired this property, a former Arctic Glacier ice factory in Montreal’s up and coming Pointe-Saint-Charles , with a vision towards transforming one of the neighbourhoods last industrial sites into a low-rise, residential project. In collaboration with city officials, residents, social housing advocates and the brokerage community, we are currently refining our development plans for the site.
