Transforming Walkley: From Off-Market Acquisition to Redevelopment Success
In April 2020, at the height of the global pandemic, Capstone Developments successfully completed the off-market acquisition of the Walkley property. The team acted swiftly and decisively to close the transaction and set in motion an ambitious redevelopment plan.
Capstone’s team undertook the challenge of reimagining and modernizing the property’s residential units into open-concept, condominium-style apartments.
