Capstone Welcomes Concordia Real Estate Club to Grâce Luxury Rentals

Capstone Developments was delighted to welcome members of the Concordia Real Estate Club (CREC) to our Grâce Luxury Rentals project in Montréal’s Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough.

This engaging site visit brought together students from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and the Applied Human Sciences programs for an immersive look at real-world real estate development.

During the visit, Andrew Pascal, Founding Partner at Capstone Developments, shared the story behind the Grâce Luxury Rentals project — from concept and acquisition through to design, construction, and leasing. His presentation connected academic theory to the practical stages of the development process, giving students valuable insight into how classroom learning translates into real-world execution.

This collaboration reflects Capstone’s commitment to mentorship and education, helping inspire the next generation of real estate professionals. We’re proud to provide hands-on learning experiences that bridge the gap between academic study and industry practice.

We look forward to continuing this partnership and supporting future opportunities for collaboration with Concordia University and CREC.
