On Saturday, March 21, Capstone Developments was pleased to have Founding Partner Andrew Pascal serve as a judge at the ImmoHEC Real Estate Games alongside David Kwan, Investments and Loans at Groupe MACH, and Deirdra Corber, Real Estate Lawyer at De Grandpré Chait.
The presentations addressed a broad range of technical considerations, including zoning, financial analysis and pro formas, construction strategy, feasibility, market analysis, and data-driven positioning. Beyond these components, the most meaningful differentiator among teams was their ability to translate complex analysis into a clear, focused, and actionable execution plan.
“In today’s market environment, where decision-makers must navigate increasing complexity, competing narratives, and a constant flow of information, the ability to simplify analysis and define a coherent direction is becoming increasingly critical,” said Andrew Pascal.
Several consistent themes emerged through the evaluation process:
Capstone congratulates all participating students for the quality of their preparation, the depth of their analysis, and the strength of their execution. Their commitment to advancing their professional development and engaging thoughtfully with real-world development challenges reflects the leadership capacity shaping the next generation of the industry.
Congratulations to everyone involved. The future of the real estate sector is in capable hands.
